WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: Experience a feeling of greater interdependence with others while creating a deeper relationship with your spiritual, physical, and mental integration. In this workshop Barry uses basic hand percussion techniques combined with rhythmical games using balls, eggs, word, movement and song. Participants are guided through an inner journey exploring the various facets of cycles and how they relate to and enhance one's ability to function more cooperatively and joyfully in daily life. WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES: 1) Participants will learn basic hand drum strokes and rhythms. 2) Participants will learn how to use rhythm and movement to reduce stress and create balance in their lives.
